Travel Tech L.L.C-FZ (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an online marketplace platform (the “Platform”) facilitating the booking and sale of excursions and tourism experiences (the “Services”) provided by third-party excursion providers (each a “Provider” and collectively, the “Providers”). We are a limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, with registration number 2535525, and our registered office is located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) supplements and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Notice, which provides comprehensive details on our processing of personal data in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”), the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and applicable federal laws of the UAE. This Policy specifically addresses our use of cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) on the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified via the Platform or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files containing identifiers that are sent from our Platform to your device (e.g., computer, smartphone, or tablet) and stored by your browser or device. Similar technologies include web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs), server logs, local storage objects (e.g., HTML5 local storage), and similar tracking technologies.

2.2 By Lifespan
– Session Cookies: Deleted when you close your browser (e.g., for temporary session management).
– Persistent Cookies: Remain on your device for a set period (e.g., 30 days to 2 years) until expiry or deletion.
We do not use Cookies to process sensitive personal data as defined under PDPL.

3.1 Consent Mechanism
– Upon your first visit to the Platform, a Cookie Consent Banner will appear, categorising Cookies and requiring your affirmative consent (via unchecked opt-in toggles) for non-essential Cookies (Performance, Functionality, Targeting).
– Essential Cookies are placed without consent as they are strictly necessary for the Platform’s performance of our contract with you (lawful basis: contract performance under PDPL).
– Consent is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous, and can be withdrawn at any time via the Cookie Management Centre (accessible via the footer link “Cookie Settings”) without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
– We store proof of consent (timestamp, categories selected) in compliance with PDPL record-keeping obligations.

– Session Cookies: Deleted on browser close.
– Persistent Cookies: Retained for stated lifespan or until consent withdrawal/deletion request.
– Logs and analytics data: As per Privacy Notice (e.g., 12-26 months).
8. Your Rights
As detailed in our Privacy Notice (Section 7), you have PDPL rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal regarding Cookie data.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly set non-essential Cookies for children under 18 without parental consent (see Privacy Notice Section 9).
10. Governing Law and Complaints
This Policy is governed by UAE and Dubai laws. Disputes resolved in Dubai courts. Complaints to UAE Data Office.
