Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be made via the Platform or by contacting us in writing at info@travel-tech.tech. All cancellations are subject to the Provider’s policy, displayed at booking, and these Terms.

2. Standard Cancellation Terms:

– Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the excursion start time: Full refund (less any administrative fees not exceeding AED 50, as permitted by the Consumer Protection Law).

– Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the excursion start time: No refund shall be issued. The full amount paid (if any) is forfeited as liquidated damages to compensate the Provider for non-recoverable costs.

3. For partial prepayment or on-site payment options, cancellations follow the same timeline, but refunds apply only to amounts paid via the Platform.

4. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in participant numbers. Force majeure events (e.g., weather, government restrictions) may allow rescheduling or partial refunds at the Provider’s discretion, in compliance with UAE tourism regulations.

5. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund or alternative date. You waive any claims for consequential damages.
